Please check booking calendar for availability. If available you can book on-line. The on-line process will reserve your holiday period. At the same time it will notify us of your request. We will confirm availability by email and you will then be asked to pay your deposit (and balance if a late booking). You can pay on-line with a credit card or debit card. If you wish to pay by other means please contact us - we allow a maximum of 7 days to receive your remittence unless you are "Last Minute" customer. If payment is not received we will cancel the reservation.

Discounts & Promotions
We offer discounts for long stay and early or late bookings:

Early Bird discount !! of 5% if booking start date is greater than 6 months away.

Last Minute discount !! of 10% if booking start date is less than 35 days away (applies all dates) or 15% if if booking start date is less than 14 days away (applies April to October only). Applied to on-line payments only.

Long-stay discount !! of 10% if booking length is more than 4 weeks.

Please note the on-line system may not calculate both discounts if it is a "Last Minute" booking late for a long-stay period of more than 4 weeks. Please pay 25% deposit on-line to secure your dates and email us for a revised balance invoice.

PROMOTIONAL offer!! only one promotional offer can be used for any one continuous holiday period. Unless otherwise stated any promotional offer (discount or fixed sum) will be applied after any of the above discounts have been applied. Promotional vouchers or codes have no monetary value except in the context of a holiday in this apartment which is subject to availability and acceptance of the booking. Promotional offers are made subject to conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. To check if a promotional offer is current, select dates on the calendar, click "Continue" and enter the code eg MG65bcs3 in the promotion code box at the top of the page (section 4), then click "Refresh Quote" (bottom of section 5), then follow the prompts to complete the booking process

Flexible dates
We suggest that you check for cheap flights. Depending on the airlines and the airports you wish to use you will find that typical 7 day and 14 day returns are only available departing and returning on certain days each week; similar issues arise with 10 day holidays and sometimes you may want a break that doesn't fit any of these categories.

So, providing there is availability, you can book whichever days you require (minimum 7 days in high season).

Arrival & Departure times
We expect you to leave the apartment by 11am on departure day, in order for new guests to book in after 3pm. If there there is no adjacent booking and you wish to change you arrival or departure time we will try to accommodate your request if we can.
Arrival and departure days are classed as part of your booking period, but the price is based on nights stayed.

Booking Guide

1) Check for availability on Booking Calendar

2) Decide dates (check discounts by selecting dates on the calendar, click "Continue" If you have a promotional code enter it in the promotion code box at the top of the page (section 4), then click "Refresh Quote" - All discounts and the net price of your booking will then be shown)

3) Select dates on booking calendar

4) Click "Continue" and follow the prompts

5) On receipt of the booking we will send an acceptance confirmation - usually within 24 hours - and request payment of your deposit.
If you do not wish to pay on-line please send cheque or bank transfer within 7 days. For security and to ensure any delay does not lead to your holiday being cancelled we recommend on-line booking.

5) On receipt of your deposit we will then send directions and additional travel information

6) Please pay final invoice 6 weeks before arrival
