separate kitchen is filly fitted and includes all you would expect in
a modern kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a door to an external
utility area where there is a clothes airer used for drying clothes. There
is also a retractable clothes lines on the terrace if required.

by Mitsubishi heat-pump split system units in the lounge
and two bedrooms. They are designed to provide cooling
in the summer and heating in the winter. Unlike some ac
units they are very quiet and can be left on in the bedrooms
